"I really just can’t wait to be skinny. I’ve never gotten this far before! And it’s only been a few weeks. I find myself getting full quicker and not craving bad food as often. I actually look forward to going to the gym and am always happy when I leave. The other night when my friends wanted cookout, I brought them and didn’t get anything for myself. Which wasn’t easy because their food is so cheap and so fucking delicious. But I just keep reminding myself, is that REALLY worth it? Worth the calories, fat and the sugar? I remind myself of my goal and how proud I will be when, NOT IF, I reach it."
Earlier today
I was bored, so instead of taking another nap, I went to the gym and worked out over an hour. Ahhhhh I love working out. It’s just making that initial step into the car that is the hardest part!
